Local lavender and our commitment to help you relax and have a healthy lifestyle
We take pride in making it easy for you to purchase responsibly produced products that are good for you, are made right here in the USA, and allow us to be good to the soil and our local community.
We love lavender and made it our core product, everything else revolves around it, such as the sheep who do all the weeding, and the chickens who catch all the bugs. We distill the lavender for a high quality pure essential oil. We also provide other crops as the season allows, such as tomatoes, sunflowers, cut flowers, pumpkins, and fresh salad greens (all winter long when you most need them). Then of course there is the lovely wool from our Navajo Churro flock of sheep, the wonderful eggs from our free-roaming organically raised hens, and the delicious honey straight from our bees.
We provide lavender products for your personal and body care, therapeutic uses (has anyone ever told you about the anti-septic, analgesic, and anti-depressant properties of lavender? Ask me at the market or the farm store and I can go on for quite a while), for your pets, for the kitchen, for natural non-toxic cleaning, for the outdoors (goodbye chiggers and ticks), or for decoration. We try to be creative and create new products as we find time. Or maybe you just want a lovely lavender bouquet, just because it lasts forever and smells....... oh so good!!
We stock books and magazines that may be of interest and keeps us learning (you are welcome to sit on the porch and read them while enjoying some lavender teas, and lavender scones if we baked some). And lovely locally created quilts and crafts. We love the history of this small, rural town - Mulberry used to be quite a booming place and remnants remain. There is lots to be researched -- and where we can we put some pieces back together. The country life is good and we wish to share it with you. We go out of our way to help you awaken to a more relaxed and healthier lifestyle and hope to see you soon. Don't just live.... Live Well!
For the love of All Creatures Great and Small..... and lavender.... of course.
